Advance Auto Parts failed to win a UDRP against a typosquatter, because according to the single-member panel, it failed to demonstrate that it suffered a loss from the typodomains in question!
Other points made by the National Arbitration Forum panelist include that tarnishing one’s trademark is not the business of a UDRP.
