Aeroplanes.com finally launches - if only the skies were clear!
Back in July we talked about the introduction of the entire keyword pool via the .CO launch, in an article titled “Trains, Planes and Automobiles“.
In that same reference we could not but notice how the premium domain name, Aeroplanes.com was gathering dust in true Cowboys.com fashion.
However, the good news is that Aeroplanes.com launched earlier in December, offering its visitors competitive prices for flights – if only the airports were open, that is.
The current weather conditions in New England have caused chaos and despair to thousands of travelers but conditions are improving.
According to the Aeroplanes.com FAQ:
Aeroplanes.com is price comparison travel site, otherwise known as a travel meta-search engine. We find the best prices on flights, hotels and car rentals from hundreds of airlines and online travel agencies with one quick and easy search.
I see that they’re using Cartrawler.com. Is that an affiliate site like booking.com?
Gnanes – I think it’s querying several databases, including Dohop.com. But I’d assume there are some kickbacks from this synergy.

I think we allowed this premium domain name to gather dust for way too long 🙂 . But it was worth the wait, as the current concept is much better than what we had in mind last year.
Launching yet another travel site in this climate now is really a bit humorous. The scenes at the snow-covered London Heathrow airport were a bit disgraceful to say the least. But the funny thing is that we failed to use all of that priceless attention on the travel market to garner exposure for Aeroplanes.com. Big mistake on our part.

Yes, CarTrawler is an affiliate service provider. We will be investing a lot of money in web development in the near future to make the car rental reservations a bit more seemless.
