It’s the July 4th weekend, and as you already know, the vast majority of fireworks used in the US, are made in China.
Yesterday’s Chinese domain sales report hinted of an explosive increase in domain sales in China, for the short, 2-4 character domains that we track.
Indeed, today’s list takes off even further, and it’s one of the biggest lists we’ve shared for a while, in the .CN, .COM and .NET TLDs.
The majority of this domain list is “owned” by a Chinese guy we’ve seen before, Wuyu. He likes to sell LLLL .com domains (“Chips“) in bulk, it seems.
There are some other nice NNNN .com domains and we’re seeing movement in the LLL .CN genre as well.
