Cybercrime is exploding in China, on a par with the Chinese domain economy.
We block networks that consistently engage in the following activities: spam, DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, port scanning, etc.
Other interesting locales include Latin America and its ‘bulletproof’ networks, our neighbors in Canada/Quebec and Eastern Europe. There is almost no activity from Africa, and Russia is surprisingly clean as well, for the most part.
