Last week, Airbus – the European aircraft manufacturer – showcased its new, quiet and energy-efficient aircraft, the A350XWB.
After years of research, development and testing, the virgin flight of the A350XWB was a complete success. The aircraft’s performance exceeded the standards set by the commercial aviation industry and the plane’s operators raved on the sheer performance of the A350XWB.

That last part, the ‘XWB‘, stands for Extra Wide Body, as the aircraft sports an extra wide cabin and additional space.
Airbus is a great example of a corporation where things are done properly, as they registered all of the following domain names years ago:
- AirbusA350XWB.com
- ExtraWideBody.com
- AirbusXWB.com
- A350WXB.com
The first three point to Airbus.com, while the latter is a web portal dedicated to the new aircraft.
Congratulations to Airbus that clearly leads the way in brand protection through effective domain registrations. We can’t wait to fly on the new Airbus A350XWB. 😀
