Famous Yahoo TQ formula unveiled – simple as ABC

Yahoo HQ – Sunnyvale, California – Hardwired Gossip News

There’s been a serious leak of information on the methodology used by Yahoo to determine their famous “TQ” rating. Used by domain parking companies that utilize the Yahoo advertising feeds, TQ rating ranges from zero to ten and signifies the quality of domain traffic.

Essentially, Yahoo decided to justify their quirky range of payments for ads displayed and has glorified this “hot shower / cold shower” technique in PPC belt-tightening towards domainers.

The formula was unveiled earlier today by a disgruntled former employee, Ann Onym-Moussée, who has allegedly moved into the ranks of Google due to unsatisfactory working conditions at Yahoo HQ.

Apparently, no-one can wear sandals on a non-Friday at Yahoo; according to Ann, that was unacceptable as she wants to show off her new ankle tattoo and “hotwife” anklet every day of the week.

So here it is – exclusively on DomainGang – the Yahoo TQ formula:

  • Get the total number of your domains
  • Subtract the ones that are not .com
  • Multiply by the number of total clicks
  • Divide by the number of total visits
  • Multiply by your Parking Quotient (see note below)*
  • Round up to the nearest integer
  • Found your TQ

* Note:  Parking quotient (PQ): To find it, lick middle finger twice and expose it outside of window at 6:00am. If it dries in 20 seconds, your PQ is 2 – if it dries in 30 seconds it’s 1

    Come on you know the real formula.

    If ($name == ‘Insert Your Name’)
    $tq = 1;
    else
    $tq = rand(1,10);

    Now that’s the real formula.

    That’s pseudo-random though. Yahoo needs to make it harder than that 😀

    Lucius,

    6 AM is around the time I have to do my morning bowel movement.

    Will washing my hands (includes middle finger) affect the PQ results or should I go
    au natural?
