Glitch or stupidity? .DotAfrica applied for???
.Africa or .DotAfrica? You decide what's better.
That’s right. According to the official ICANN list, there is a .Africa application made for by the guys below:
AFRICA, UniForum SA (NPC) trading as Registry.Africa, http://www.AfricaInOneSpace.org
And then, there is another application, for .DotAfrica by some other guys:
DOTAFRICA, DotConnectAfricaTrust, http://www.dotconnectafrica.org
Could this be a glitch or a realization that if you can’t own the dot, add its literal to the ICANN gTLD application?

IMO they actually applied for DOTAFRICA.

Don’t know why they don’t just nick .af from the Taliban …they’re not using it – or give them .ug in exchange.
