Hotels, Las Vegas and NamesCon 2016

NamesCon 2016 is looming in the domain horizon; the biggest, most important domain conference of 2016 will attract domain investors and other professionals from around the world.

With that in mind, if you have registered for NamesCon but haven’t booked your hotel room yet, don’t waste a single minute.

More than 1,000 attendees are expected for NamesCon, and a larger Exhibit Hall will be packed – as every session room will too.

NamesCon sent out a reminder about some hotel booking details, so here it is:

NamesCon is 2 months away, and we have almost double the pre-registered attendees as at this time last year! We are expecting more than 1,000 attendees at NamesCon 2016, and will have a larger Exhibit Hall, a new Sunday-Only, Speed Exhibits experience (starting at noon), and speakers that will pack the session rooms!

But where will everyone stay? Take a moment and book your nights now:

Especially in Las Vegas, where distractions abound, your hotel choice is crucial. Maximize your conference experience by staying at the conference hotel — it will be close to the sessions, anything you need in your room is nearby and your networking opportunities are exponentially higher.

Of course, scheduling in a little refreshing time at the gym or spa, or even taking a nap, will be easier to fit in to your schedule when your room is close to the action.

Often at conferences, the designated conference hotel is usually a little more expensive but not for NamesCon attendees. NamesCon has always been designed from a conference attendee’s point of view. We strive to exceed your expectations on networking, session content, and value. A reasonable per night rate at the actual conference hotel venue is one of the cornerstones of drawing the critical mass necessary for a blockbuster event.

We have been able to secure a nightly room rate of $89/night Sun onwards at our conference venue: the Tropicana in Las Vegas. Please note that with the Consumer Electronics Show and its 170,000 attendees ending the day before NamesCon starts, the Saturday night rate is higher than $89. Many of our attendees are coming to town a day or two early to hit CES – two birds, one stone!

There are only 1225 room nights blocked at this low rate. With over 1,000 attendees expected in January, each staying 3 to 4 nights, you can see that this rate is only guaranteed for the early bird booker.

Remember – the conference starts on Sunday Jan 10th and will run through Wed Jan 13th. Most people will want to arrive the morning of Sunday (Jan 10th) and check out on Thursday (Jan 14th).

Thank you for your support and we are looking forward to seeing you in January!
