Make Vegas great again: NamesCon founder shares update on MGM construction mess!

Ongoing construction at the MGM hotel area in Las Vegas, would affect NamesCon visitors wishing to stay there, instead of the Tropicana hotel.

Or so we thought! 😀

While Las Vegas will be made great again through this extensive road re-construction, Richard Lau communicated the situation with Tropicana and Hakkasan.

There are some great news to share!

Here’s the update, as shared by the NamesCon founder, Richard Lau:

“I have spoken with the Trop and with Hakkasan and wanted to share an update.

There’s actually an easy route from the Tropicana to MGM.

Easiest to exit the Tropicana Hotel near the Havana Room entrance/exit, cross over at the light at Ocean Drive and walk along the sidewalk to the street level entrance to the MGM which is underneath the Pedestrian Overpass.”

Passage to MGM.

As for the MGM route to Hakkasan, here’s a diagram below. The route is a quarter of a mile, and takes about 5 minutes in regular conditions:

Hakkasan/MGM has confirmed with the MGM that the work on the Pedestrian Overpass in Jan 2017 will not obstruct the entry into the building.

Many thanks to Richard Lau for sharing this update.
