No more posts from DomainGang until next year

Several years ago, newspapers served the public by offering up to date information in a manner that spawned competition.

Eventually, most publications started providing bonus items to go with the printed edition, such as CDs, books, DVDs or even perfumes and such apparently useful items.

Unfortunately, we at DomainGang are a poor electronic publication that bases its livelihood on the sheer amount of gray matter that we use up in order to create our content.

Technically, it’s the end of the domain world as we know it. There is no real way to compete with all the fun and entertainment provided daily by more than one hundred domain-related blogs with huge sponsors and big brains behind them. The RSS feed of Domaining.com contains unique news that is never repeated or regurgitated or cross-linked by the creators of the domain blogs it features.

Such larger than life celebrities, like Chef Patrick, Bruce Marler, Elliot Silver and Tia Wood have finally succeeded in strong-arming us to the ground. It was good while it lasted.

We decided to not post again until next year. We will miss you, folks. No more posts in 2009. The next decade will be our oyster and we hope that you’ll patiently await time to pass until next year brings us back into the world of domain news and entertainment.

So long, friends and foes alike. We at DomainGang love you all equally – in a manly way, of course.
