President Barack Obama left the Washington DC memorial in a hurry today, after being advised of the news about the Snapnames / Halvarez scandal.

In recent days, several violent acts have occurred in the US, prompting an elevated homeland security – which currently stands at yellow, on this Veterans’ Day.

At a short conference about the incident, President Obama said:

“I am definitely saddened by the recent, uh, events at Snapnames. Domainers need change, domainers need hope. It’s a sad day for America, especially for the middle class American domain Veteran, who lacks health care insurance.

I am about to change all that. Domain Veterans deserve better standards of, uh, living. They deserve better education, better conferences and they deserve to feel safe. Domain Veterans deserve to, uh, benefit from the opportunities offered in America and to bid, uh, without any fear at various Domain auctions.

There will be provisions for government-issued rebates, to finance this huge loss caused in the domaining industry. America takes care of its, uh, domainer veterans all the way.

And that’s what I’m going to do, make things safe and deliver hope and change.”

In this monumental statement, President Obama avoided any direct references to Nelson “Halvarez” Brady, who is currently missing in action.

Later today, the bidding alias “Obama” was used at Snapnames to place bids in various “White House” related domains that expired.
