A fun yard sale event for everyone supporting the Barack Obama campaign, is operating this weekend from YardSaleForObama.com
According to the official press release:
“Yard Sale for Obama, the grassroots fundraising campaign developed by a group of Bay Area professionals, today announced its Yard Sale for Obama, a national event to take place online and in yards across this country on September 22 – 23. The event will bring together supporters who want to further contribute to President Obama’s re-election campaign by donating what they make from the sale of things they no longer need.”
The same group of people sent a bobblehead doll of Barack Obama suspended by a helium balloon, to more than 100,000 feet high, and into space! 😀
