America is spreading its entrepreneurial wings across the Caribbean, expanding its relationship with Cuba.

President Barack Obama’s recent trip to Havana, Cuba, established the baseline upon which bigger, better things will happen in the communist island.

Technological infrastructure, fast Internet, global positioned tracking of all dissidents and more, are among the changes soon to arrive.

“We uh, established a good working base with my Cuban amigos, and uh, have to say that the US is excited in this election year to be able to leverage the Hispanic and Cuban vote in the US,” said President Barack Obama.

“Regarding uh, technology. Yes, we will have to first scrap what they have and uh rebuild it from scratch, so that certain monitoring services are uh in place. But it will be for the benefit of the great nation of Cuba, and uh of its people,” added Mr. Obama.

With Cuba’s infrastructure expanding, now it’s the time for savvy domain investors to consider investing in Cuban “Chips.”

Cuba’s national ccTLD, dot .CU, received a welcome expansion in 2010 under a coalition between Fidel Castro, now retired, and Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, now deceased.

Hundreds of thousands of dot .CU domains in the LLL and LLLL realm are sitting unclaimed; the potential is there for smart investors to spend a few bucks in order to build a Cuban domain empire.

Already establishing a platform in Cuba, a Miami-based fund is getting ready to invest in LLLL .CU domains, and end a technological embargo of more than half a century; investor Mark Cuban is believed to be investing in the initiative, due to his ties via his last name’s heritage.

Miami resident and Internet entrepreneur, Miguel Fernandez Arriba, spoke of the dot .CU initiative:

“When my father he come to the United State, he said me Miguel, watch for your mother and sister and become grande. America opportunity for everyone. But never forget Cuba, she the mother land.

I always remember my father word, and United State is my home but Cuba is my Madre. We shall return to make better place and look for investment in LLLL .CU. Viva Cuba!”

VivaCuba.com is a domain owned by domain investor, George Verdugo, who is not Cuban but everyone is welcome aboard the new Cuba of the 21st century.
