Domain guest posts must be unique – and other rants

Is it autumn yet? Time for another editorial.

With TRAFFIC Ft. Lauderdale ‘ante portas’, the domain heat will continue well into October, bringing domainers together for drinks and “joint ventures” – a wholesome domain business.

And now, time for some whining.

Quite often, I receive emails with content, such as domain infographics or articles related to domains, domainers, domain investing and how to flip your domains while drunk and blindfolded.

That’s all cool, and I appreciate it when these articles make it to my inbox.

However, if you send the same email to a gazillion other web sites and blogs, I will have to pass.

Sorry, but “guest posts” about domain investing have to be unique; it means that you wrote them and need the editorial avenue that we provide here on DomainGang. While others simply “copy & paste” content from the Internet, we provide original content, real domain and technology news & a fair share of parody – even if sometimes, it’s “tongue-in-cheek.” 😀

Incidentally, less than a week from now, we will be celebrating 4 years of DomainGang – so now it’s the time to send me your unique piece about domains, your business and other related content. Bitching is ok and actually encouraged. Let some steam out, we understand.

So there you go, enjoy your Saturday and happy domaining.

Nice to hear we can still submit bitching posts, I’ll be sending over one soon. I need an outlet to complain to.

Adam – By all means, let it rip!
