Live on Facebook : Hilarious attempt to defraud domainer via Western Union!

It doesn’t get better than this: a live attempt on Facebook to defraud a domain owner, captured step by step.

The scammer, using a bogus name, tried to get the domain Perniciousness.com from its owner.

After contacting him on Facebook, he claimed that he sent $10,000 dollars via Western Union, and asked for the domain’s transfer before providing the confirmation number.

Naturally, the seller refused to do business in such an unsafe manner and asked for the buyer to use Escrow.com, something that they refused to do.

The domain scammer is believed to be in Pakistan.

Here’s the funny exchange, courtesy of Prince Addy of FunnyPhoto.eu. 😀

Ruben – Good point. I would have told the guy to eff off after the first refusal to use Escrow.com. 😀
