Premium domain name mega-brokerage, BrandForce, has registered the mark BRAND AS A SERVICE with the USPTO.

The application was filed via their corporate sidekick, Southend Technologies, Inc., that is formed in Delaware. The mark application was filed in 2021 for the following services:

The mark was cleared for registration at the USPTO and since it was an “intent to use” application, they now have six months to produce a statement of use (SOU) showing the mark in commercial use. The mark’s specimen displayed a page capture of BrandForce.com with the reference to “Brand as a service.”

Interestingly, BrandForce does not own the domain BrandAsAService.com that appears to be available for acquisition via Brandernet.com.

BrandForce is cited as the power-brokerage that sold the domain Connect.com to HubSpot for $10,000,000 dollars last April. The company was co-founded by veteran domain investor Slavik Viner.
