There is a chance something is wrong with your eating habits and overall diet.

Here are 10 tips for a healthier eating, to achieve a stronger body and mind – all while kicking butt with your domain sales! πŸ˜€

  • Avoid processed foods: snacks, soda, frozen meals. Aim for fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, eat more fresh fish and free range chicken.
  • Always eat breakfast: plain oatmeal can be combined with honey or brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts and dried fruits and can give you more kick than a cup of coffee until lunch time.
  • Eat a small lunch: if you must eat out, ask the waiter to split the meal in half from the get go, this way you will take a box home without overeating. Salads and light meals will allow you to get energy without the calories.
  • An extra meal in the late afternoon will get you going until dinner: you can finish off lunch, or have a pair of fruit such as a banana, pear, apple or orange.
  • Try to eat a light dinner an hour later than usual: by having dinner between 8pm and 8:30pm you avoid snacking later on before bed time.
  • Drink plenty of water: soda is bad for you and should be avoided. A half glass of wine with dinner is actually recommended, and has done wonders for generations for the residents of Mediterranean countries, such as Greece, Italy, Spain and France.
  • Bread is an important food staple, and you are encouraged to buy a bread machine and prepare your own bread. You will be amazed about the variety of bread flavors, the quality and taste of home made bread and its high nutrition with zero preservatives. Say goodbye to expensive, junk bread at the store.
  • Eat Greek “style” yogurt: with the exception of the FAGE brand, all so-called Greek yogurt in the American and British markets are close imitations. Still, Greek “style” strained yogurt is an excellent source of protein and calcium without the processed sugars. Add nuts or fruit as needed, to add flavor; we recommend to “man up” and consume plain FAGE yogurt, however. πŸ˜€
  • Consume more fresh greens: tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, lettuce, carrots, zucchini, cauliflower (better than broccoli when steamed) and use a light dressing consisting of extra virgin olive oil, lemon/vinegar and salt/pepper/oregano to taste.
  • Avoid deep-fried foods as they tend to add a nice layer of “junk” to your intestines; after years of KFC you might be shocked at the damage done to your colon.
