Brannan’s, the domain brokerage outfit of broker David Clements, starts the new year with a request for domain submissions.
Just like previous calls, there is a specific theme: geo-domains and LLLL .com domain names.
According to the request:
“Over the years, we have bought and sold countless Geo Domains. On this run we are mainly looking for .Com and .Org, but if you have a name with tourism or a high population in another extension, we will be happy to consider it as well.”
Pure city or area names, such as Athens.com, Atlanta.com or Georgia.com are welcome, but also geographical domain composites such as AtlantaLawyers.com as well.
The call for domain submissions also includes four letter domains:
“We sold over 175 LLLL.com Domains last week and our buyer pool is heavily active. If you have some LLLL.com domains with or without vowels or the letter V, we want to see them as well. Single names are welcome, but if you have a large portfolio and want to do a big deal, let’s talk.”

Hi David,
I know it’s hard to teach an old .com dog new gTLD tricks, but you really ought to look at the .city extension for geo domains, especially English speaking and U.S. Cities.
These are already reselling for 4 and 5 figures.
