Only a few hours after selling out his ScienceFiction.com shares to former partner, Braden Pollock, Chef Patrick shocks the nation with a new venture in the real estate market.
“I’ve acquired RealEstate.com with the $2.7 million dollars I saved since the rollout of ScienceFiction.com, and I’m going to give it my all, along with wife Zezura,” said a lean, mean, real-estate-selling-machine of a Chefster.
“I lost 40 pounds in 5 months and I never felt better in my life, now it’s the time to shine, baby!” added Patrick Ruddell while lifting a pair of 20lbs dumbbells.
The acquisition of RealEstate.com will take over Chef Patrick’s current web site, TampaHomeBuyers.com, that does not exactly roll off the tongue as far as real estate generics are concerned.

I suspect the Chef owed Braden a lot of cabbage and needed to sell his shares to get out of debt.

I owed Braden nothing. He was my business partner, and any financial investments made by either of us were to the company. As an owner I did not take a payroll.
