Chinese domain market sales : Millions are lost in the sea

Not every fish's eggs can be turned into caviar.

Plenty of domain fish in the sea.

China’s regulation on toxic waste management is non-existent, something that affects how the world’s 2nd biggest economy is perceived by global eco-friendly companies.

In a recent incident, millions of fish amounting up to 35 tons washed up in a lake in China. The herrings had to be incinerated so that locals would not sell them in the local markets.

In a similar manner, millions are invested and lost in China’s stock market. We’re not too far from the one year anniversary of the big Chinese stock market crash.

Chinese domain market sales have been holding up recently.

Despite some doom and gloom scenarios, the Chinese domain market is not dead – yet.

Since 2015, we’ve been keeping track of Chinese domain market sales for .CN and .COM TLDs and report those that are between 2 and 4 characters in length.
