The domain portfolio’s owner, “Shandongshengcaoxian“, cached 39 chips according to our count.

We counted 52 LLLL .com “Chips” in the past 24 hours by this investor, who’s obviously pulling the plug to his acquisitions, and is liquidating his domain assets:
