Creepy clown sightings : Are they domainers?

Creepy clown sightings are sweeping America, and several other countries to the north of the US.

Masquerading as “bozo” clowns with fake bleeding teeth, are these creeps really clowns or, is the answer something far more sinister?

Investigative journalist Beau Zoh, found the following correlation between clowns and domainers, and suggests that the creepy clowns are actually misidentified domain investors.

The following analysis was sent to us by Dale, who lives in the Great Lakes area.

  • A clown has to make a decision about his identity from 3 types: Whiteface, Auguste, or Hobo. Domainers need to focus on 1 of 3 business models: Traffic, wholesale, or end-user.
  • All clowns must attend clown school. It’s a well known fact, that most domainers have, in fact, attended clown school for at least one semester.
  • Only about 1 out of every 1,000 clowns is a woman. If you have ever attended a domain conference, you know, the same is true of domain investors.
  • Clowns do not have labor unions, and have to provide their own benefits. Although domainers do like to meet up for a beer or two, that alone does not constitute a union meeting.
  • Last but not least: Everyone can agree, domainers are funny looking.

Be careful out there, in the woods – or the domain conferences!
