DogGroomers.com, an aged domain about dog groomers, was sold earlier this month by Top Notch Domains LLC.
Elliot Silver‘s retired domain was snapped up by domain investor and “from domain to profit” video producer, Drew Wash, who shared the acquisition in one of his videos. Drew paid $104,000 dollars for the domain DogGroomers.com and no attached content.
Drew’s decision to purchase Elliot’s domain in order to produce a revenue generating business created a wave of shocked responses among the domainer crowds.
Some wondered if Drew got the short end of the stick in this deal, placing a value on just the domain, but Drew’s interest in DogGroomers.com isn’t focused on the domain alone.
Did he pay too much?
In Drew’s own words, the domain alone is not worth the price but the domain name combined with the business model is definitely worth it.
Drew is not worried; he’s determined to develop DogGroomers.com with the intention to make money with it, as soon as by Fall 2021.
