Dot .photo, the Uniregistry gTLD aimed at photography enthusiasts, jumped past 2000 registrations in its first minutes of availability, earlier today.
Other gTLDs launching today from Uniregistry include dot .link, which is being promoted as a great alternative to dot .com, dot .pics, dot .guitars and dot .gift.
The official zone files will be released after 8pm Eastern tonight, but the numbers already look promising.
It will be very interesting to see if .Photo beats .photography !
