Surprising many with its off the beaten path location, the event is taking place in August, in the hipster-friendly city of Asheville, North Carolina.

Rick Schwartz announced that all 48 spots available have been sold out. If you are a serious domain investor that wants to bring value, the group can accommodate six more people, that are not “fair weathered friends or naysayers.”
That statement probably excludes anyone who invests in the new gTLD namespace, violating the .COM supremacy. Naturally, if you’re a sponsor of this namespace, Asheville might not be your thing – so take no offense.
