Escrow.com is now a fully-owned Freelancer company.
According to a news release from today, Freelancer has completed the full acquisition of California-based company, Escrow.com – the leading provider of secure online payments and online transaction management for consumers and businesses.
According to the release of financials, Escrow.com has had a FY14 gross payment volume of US$265 million, net revenue of US$5 million, EBITDA of US$1.2 million and over US$2.2 billion in transaction volume to date.
Domain investors and other professionals alike, use Escrow.com to ensure a smooth and secure exchange of domain names for their cash equivalent, for more than a decade.
Freelancer acquired Escrow.com in April, 2015, for $7.5 million in cash.
