What we do know, is that today is Francois Carrillo‘s birthday.
He’s not 50 years old yet, it will take two more years for the French domainer and busy entrepreneur to reach that milestone!
As a present we managed to get French supermodel Sabrina Nait sign a card for Francois, and endorse Catchy.com in the process! 😀 Except, we made that up.

Btw, I was checking some of the Catchy names and just wanna let you know that the term POMI, which has not a generic meaning, has several TMs, besides being a well-known tomato sauce brand here in Italy.
Some of these TMs have been registered, in different Nice classes, well before the domain in question.
Pomi is a child way to call an apple in French.

Well, I can speak French too, and let me tell you that, not being a dictionary word (children language is not something official), is a very weak defense in a UDRP case.
