Domain locked at Network Solutions despite request to push

Network Solutions has locked a domain eligible for pushing to another account, according to its registrant, domain investor Josh Reason.

The DNWE co-founder shared his frustration about how a domain at NetSol was deemed ineligible for an intra-registrar push. Network Solutions support claims that there is a 60 day lock due to changes in the domain’s Registrant, following an auction.

Network Solutions’ push system is indeed antiquated; pushes from one account to another require to handle the transaction as a “purchase” with zero cost.

Meanwhile, three hours after Josh voiced his frustration via Twitter, NetSol locked all of his domains in that account:

After trying to push a domain from one NetSol account to another (still trying after 4 support tickets and 10+ phone calls) THEY HAVE NOW LOCKED EVERY DOMAIN IN MY ACCOUNT.

Hopefully they will undo this and assist Josh with the issue soon.
