Non-COM sightings : Dot .Clinic is big in Japan

It’s been a while since the last candid report on non-com sightings, the impromptu capturing of domain names that aren’t .COM.

New gTLDs are beginning to be seen by the general public as great options to brands, businesses and redirects.

This time around, our friend Bruce Marler of Credit.Club fame, sent us a dot .Clinic domain he saw while on a trip to Tokyo, Japan.

The domain is Takuma.Clinic, a neurology clinic in Tokyo. Meanwhile, the matching .com sits parked.

Their loss! πŸ˜€

Dot .Clinic is a Donuts, Inc. gTLD.

When you say “Non-Com”, do you mean Country Codes as well?.. Put another way, does “Non-Com” mean only New Gtld’s and not Country Codes?…..Clearly, I am still struggling with this “Non-Com” term. πŸ™‚

Aaron – Anything BUT .com πŸ™‚
