Rap is a very popular music genre and the domain name RapCity.com was just acquired by domain brokerage powerhouse, MediaOptions.
Registered in 1998, RapCity.com was parked or for sale for most of its adult life. Eventually, it expired and fell into the lap of New Ventures, the domain warehousing arm of Network Solutions / Web.com. The ensuing auction took place on NameJet.
