Domain thefts, hijackings, reverse cowgirl UDRPs – you name it.
It’s a tough world out there and if you’re a domainer with a fat domain portfolio sometimes you need an extra layer of protection.
After careful market research, a group of top tier domainers came to the conclusion that a brand new service is in due order.
“Today, we are launching a service for all domainers that want to protect their assets, by force if necessary”, said Ron Jackson of DNJournal. “Gone are the days when domainers could sleep sound at night, knowing their domains will be safe in place the next morning.”
Domain Vigilantes Inc. is the new corporate scheme that Ron Jackson will be leading, along with Duane “Dog” Chapman and TeenDomainer (aka Sunshine Kid).
The domainer trio will be monitoring selected domain portfolios that require physical interaction with potential threats.
Ron Jackson – a black belt holder in karate – would be the first layer of protection, with TeenDomainer in the role of the apprentice. If all else fails, Duane “Dog” Chapman would be unleashed with an order to terminate all domain thieves.
“We believe that with Domain Vigilantes we will be offering a great service to the domain industry”, said Ron Jackson while practicing some lethal moves in front of the company’s full body mirror. “With Domain Vigilantes you will be able to sleep at night, knowing that your collection of 3-letter .com, your generics and even your adult portfolio will never be snatched by scammers”, he added.
The service will launch in a few weeks, as soon as TeenDomainer finishes high school.
I think “Domain Kick-Ass” seems to be more fitting.
Ron has kept his Blackbelt rating under wraps until now. Did you know that his wife Diana is a Master at Tai Chi?
Man…this will put Bruce Lee or Jet Lee to shame.
