Telepathy.com continues to impress by achieving domain sales during the so-called summer doldrums.
Nat Cohen‘s latest sale involves the dictionary domain Tryst.net. Registered in 2001, Tryst.net appears to have been a hand-registration 23 years ago!
Tryst.net was listed for sale for $7,495 dollars according to a Screenshots.com capture and it was most likely sold on Afternic.
The buyer has already set up a spicy landing page, indicating that Tryst.net is linked to locating brothels in Las Vegas! While no such message is displayed, the source code includes this line:
“Where to learn about brothels in Las Vegas.”
It’s not exactly clear if this is the exact scope of Tryst.net, however. According to this law office resource, prostitution is legal in some Nevada counties but not in Clark County which includes Las Vegas.
Meanwhile, the recently reported sale of NS.com has demonstrated its grandiose plans; the buyer is Network State, an institution in Singapore backed by big funds. This indicates that the sale of NS.com by Telepathy was a rather large one!
