Zumba – the fitness class company – is on a UDRP roll.
After the recent win of ZumbaClasses.com and TheZumbaDVD.com, Zumba hit at another pair of ‘zumba’ domains at the National Arbitration Forum.
This time around, ZumbaLove.com was turned over to the Complainant, Zumba corporation – that (just so happens) to own a registered trademark for ‘zumba’.
The pair of UDRPs is completed by the handing over of ZumbaDVD.com – the registrants of those domains will probably continue to register such blatant trademark violations, as there is no direct monetary fine to benefit the trademark holders.
Meanwhile, the Zumba sex scandal and its central figure, Zumba fitness instructor Alexis Wright – also known as “kikicu” – awaits its next stage of embarrassing announcements.
