DomainGang goes private

After yesterday’s shocking initiative by Tia Wood to take her blog private (sort of), we decided that the right time has arrived to follow suit.

After three full and joyful years as an open feed for all domain investors to peruse and benefit from, it’s about time to make some changes around here, mmmkay?

DomainGang news will thus become privatesort of.

In other words, posts, images and content will be released to all contributors and associate editors first, sometimes as early as 20 minutes in advance.

By releasing informative content about domain investors in a much controlled manner, we are ensuring that other blogs don’t just rush to copy us. It’s a dog eat dog world out there, and we can’t possibly give out exclusive stories that are based on strict timing guidelines which observe the journalistic integrity protocol.

On that note, happy 8th anniversary to Domain Name Wire, the domain industry publication that manages the daily report on National Arbitration Forum decision emails.
