It’s quite evident what the domain is about: Trump TV. While “trump” is a dictionary word, it’s also a direct reference to the former US president, Donald Trump. The Republican candidate for this year’s elections has often demonstrated that’s he’s protective of his Trump mark and brand.
DTTM Operations LLC is the company managing the Trump intellectual property. Since 2016 they filed 3 UDRPs, winning one (TrumpSpa.com) and losing two (Maralago.com and Mar-a-lago.com).

So is the new owner of TrumpTV.com in danger of getting hit with a UDRP?
While possible, one should take a look at the domain and web site at Trump.tv which is being used to directly address the legal woes of the former US president. That domain was registered 12 years ago and it’s still going.
