247TVStream: Pirate TV network’s streaming domains have been seized

US authorities have shut down 247TVStream, a pirate IPTV service with over 1,000 channels aimed at sports fans. Run by two brothers, the operation reportedly made millions. One brother was arrested in New York, while the other is still on the run; both could face several years in prison.

The Department of Justice for the Eastern District of New York announced that the operation was allegedly run by two brothers, Noor Nabi Chowdhury and Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman.

Authorities report that 247TVStream operated since May 2017, causing over $100 million in damages to copyright holders. The service allegedly brought in more than $7 million in subscriber fees during that time, according to the indictment.

“Also today, HSI executed a seizure order from the Eastern District of New York against website domain names used by Chowdhury and Rahman to operate 247TVStream. The seizure of these domains by the government will prevent the owners and third parties from using the sites to operate 247TVStream. Individuals, including subscribers, visiting those sites now will see a message indicating that the site has been seized by the federal government. In addition, in coordination with international law enforcement partners to enforce criminal copyright laws, Dutch and United Kingdom authorities have seized the servers hosting a portion of the 247TVStream infrastructure.”

Domain names seized by the US authorities include the following:

247tvstream.com
247tvstream.net
tvschedule24.com

Other domains that are most likely involved in the seizure include:

247memberpro.com
nfltvpass.com
nfrhd.com
ppvboxinglive.com
themasterspga.com
watchnflpass.com
watchnfrtv.com
wranglernfrliveonline.com

The DOJ should redirect all the traffic to some non profit organizations like the Red Cross.com

Just put a message that says. Please donate money to the Red Cross.org

And put the 15 seconds redirect timer
