Uniregistry is a GoDaddy brand, and its support system is now moving to GoDaddy. In a nutshell, Uni support tickets will use the GoDaddy support system, beginning on Tuesday October 13th. Everything else remains the same, including the phone numbers for customer service:

Our phone numbers remain unchanged & ready for your calls, and the same Uniregistry Support Team you know is ready to provide the support you’ve come to expect.
