Domain investor, Logan Flatt, follows a simple, yet effective method to achieve some awesome domain sales.
Many of his domain sales involve domains that he has hand-registered, following market trends and his own intuition on valuation.
Logan also acquires domains in the secondary market, such as domain auctions. He goes after quality domain names that have the potential to become money-makers two to three years down the road.
After selling SmartMonday.com and ABCapital.com Logan Flatt has scored several other sales, most of them by setting a BIN price at the Uniregistry Market.
Logan told us that he also defines a minimum offer at about 67% of the BIN price; this way, he can still entertain offers in the top third of his asking price.
In recent weeks, Logan sold the following domain names that we are aware of:
- YPI.org at $4,500 for which he paid $450 in 2014.
- ClarionEnergy.com at $3,400 having paid $124 in 2017.
- Another five figure “lease to own” sale via Escrow.com
Logan Flatt invests in quality cryptocurrency domains as well.
