If you’re not happy with your domain migration from Dan.com to GoDaddy’s Afternic, no problem.
The biggest domain registrar in the world is now offering an one time migration back to Dan.com and its marketplace, a company that still operates independently under the GoDaddy umbrella.
“We believe that every GoDaddy customer deserves to be happy, this has been our corporate mantra all along,” said VP of account migrations, Noor Prawnblim.
“You can now contact us via the Afternic platform with a request to migrate your data back to Dan.com, and we’ll give you a $12 dollar value voucher to use on GoDaddy products,” said Noor Prawnblim, adding: “Please note that all migrations will be final and you need to complete them between December 31st at 11:58pm and 11:59pm Central Time.”
Migrating your accounts and domain portfolio back to Dan.com means that you first have to disable the much-coveted Afternic Boost, just in case. If you don’t, all future domain sales via Dan.com might incur a 5% surcharge fee. Disabling Afternic Boost can be done via this process.
