The three letter domain LAC.com has been sold to Singapore based LAC – a merchant of supplements and beauty products.
The domain was moved away from Tucows and onto 101 Domain, according to domain brokerage, Guta:
LAC(.)com moved to 101domain from Tucows on Oct 15th and now redirects to LACworldwide.com. LAC is a brand under ONI Global, headquartered in Singapore, one of Asia’s largest specialty retailers of health care products.
George Hong, founder of Guta, chipped in:
lacworldwide(.com) is also registered at 101domain. It is very likely that LAC has acquired its brand-matching domain name. It is a nice upgrade to a premium domain name. Congrats!
Short, pronounceable domain names are popular among corporations around the world, and particularly in China.
