In September, Coca-Cola launched its latest campaign with “real magic” as the message. The promotional video is full of gaming characters that inspire one’s imagination, and the closing frame displays its logo wrapped around an invisible Coke bottle.

Naturally, Coca-Cola uses the REAL MAGIC message with the ™ signifier. The company has applied for the registration of the mark REAL MAGIC at the USPTO, for soft drinks.
There are existing registered marks for REAL MAGIC, for sake and even breast enhancing pads, but the Coca-Cola company is by far the biggest potential buyer of the matching domain, RealMagic.com.
The domain is in the possession of Levitate, an app creator for engaging with customers and colleagues. The company operates from the domain Levitate.ai but uses RealMagic.com as a URL forwarder.
Interestingly, the domain was in the possession of NameFind, the GoDaddy repository of corporate domains, as recently as in 2018. That’s the year Levitate formed, so we can safely assume that RealMagic.com was sold at the time.
How much would RealMagic.com be worth to a buyer such as the Coca-Cola company? Perhaps they could use the Levitate app to find out. 😀
