SkyVerge, a leading WooCommerce product developer, has been acquired by GoDaddy.
Max Rice, Cofounder & CEO of SkyVerge, stated:

SkyVerge has more than 60 WooCommerce extensions, spanning payments, email marketing and memberships, used by over 100,000 eCommerce merchants for high-performance online stores.
SkyVerge plugins have been downloaded more than 3.1 million times on WordPress.org. SkyVerge will continue to support its existing customers and product portfolio, as well as continue its contributions to open source software.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
