The domain name TXT.com was reported as sold for $502,400 dollars with the sale taking place on Fruits.co, a relatively new platform to sell domains on.
Registered in 1990, TXT.com was sold in 2023 for $300,000 dollars according to Namebio. The newly reported sale is a nice flip but it’s an LTO that spans 12 months.

Fruits itself acquired their domain in 2022 for 3,000 GBP at the time; that acquisition took place on Sedo.
Fruits.co reported the sale of Fanbase.com for $431,400 dollars in February.
