This seems to be the case with a class action lawsuit filed against Snapnames/Oversee by a Florida domainer, who is also a lawyer.
This was expected; there are many who believe that a rebate is simply not enough and that full disclosure of the scandal is necessary. To achieve this, a lawsuit might be the only way.
Any of you that are after the rebate money, don’t waste any more time. The rebate has an expiration date of 12 months from now but there is a strong chance there won’t be any money left.
the lead plaintiff is Carlos Cueto and the attorney is Santiago Cueto. 2 different people. . . likely relatives though. So the benefit is having your relative be an attorney.
