The domain ObamaPresidentialCenter.com, along with six others, were lost in a UDRP that utilized the fame of the OBAMA mark to usurp the aged domains. The Complainant is The Barack Obama Foundation, filing the UDRP at the National Arbitration Forum. The domains involved in this UDRP are obamapresidentialcenter.com, thebarackobamapresidentiallibrary.com, thebarackhobamapresidentialcenter.com, barackhobamapresidentialcenter.com, barackhobamapresidentialcenter.org, thebarackhobamapresidentialcenter.org, and thebarackhobamapresidentiallibrary.com.
