Cambridge.com, the aged geo-domain providing information on both the US and the British cities of Cambridge, is up for sale.
Just days after clearing a UDRP obstacle at the WIPO, the domain is being brokered exclusively via Igloo.com.
According to this landing page, the asking price is a minimum of $1,000,000 dollars.
Not a bad return on investment for a domain acquired for less than 1/10th of that price in 2010.
The listing states:
“Cambridge.com is one of the world’s most prestigious online properties. This top ranking website is highly searchable, easy to remember, and provides an exciting opportunity for a savvy investor or an existing company to expand upon an already thriving business. “
On that same page one can find information on how to contact Igloo.com directly.
If you’re a British or American company seeking a regional superbrand domain, this is a great choice.
