Mother’s day is approaching, and Uniregistry is launching a new gTLD, dot .MOM on time for the May 8th extravaganza.
Launching on May 3rd, dot .MOM is aimed at mothers around the world, and those that cherish them.
According to Uniregistry’s email, “All premium domains will be available, including 1-, 2-, and 3- character domains—nothing is being held back!”
Better get your hard-earned cash ready though, as dot .MOM is rolling out via an Early Access Program (EAP) starting April 26th.
Here is the schedule and prices:
- Day 1: April 26th 16:00 UTC – $11,000 + registration price
- Day 2: April 27th 16:00 UTC – $11,000 + registration price
- Day 3: April 28th 16:00 UTC – $8,250 + registration price

I can see this new gTLD going in many different directions. I cannot wait to see a few of these registration names and what they get branded into.
