We covered its launch due to the fact that domain investor, Mike Mann, owns the domain MILFMoney.com.
The domain is currently for sale at Domain Market, with a price tag of $24,888 dollars.
It seems that Fergie has now applied for a matching trademark at the USPTO, for “MILF Money“, through her company Hacienda Heights Productions, Inc.
As a matter of fact, there are five separate applications for “MILF Money”, each one for different types of merchandise and services:

Hacienda Heights Productions, Inc. owns several other trademarks related to Fergie, such as Fergalicious, Fergie, Fergalicious by Fergie.
So is the domain MILFMoney.com in danger?
In our opinion, as long as Mike stays away from selling goods and services like the ones listed above, he should be fine.
It’d be fair to see Fergie spend some of her “MILF money” on buying Mike Mann’s domain. 😀
no mann is not in jeopardy not at all. WHY The application is intent to use means there is no use in commerce yet. What mann should do is monetize this domain immediately. He will then be the first user of record
