How does SpamHaus measure that?
The abusive behavior of domain TLDs is calculated as the ratio of abusive domains that exist in a given TLD, to its total number of active domains.
In July 2017 that we shared the latest SpamHaus report, the king of abuse was dot .Study, apparently an educational new gTLD.
It maintains the top position for October 2017 as well, flanked by dot .Click at #2 and dot .GDN occupying at the third spot.
