Mike Mann rolled out a serious 25X flip on a domain he spent four figures on.
ModernComputing.com, a domain that Mike spent $2,144 dollars on a dozen years ago on Afternic, has been sold.
By completing a sale for $53,900 dollars, Mike Mann’s sale of ModernComputing.com exceeds a twenty-five fold flip for this aged domain name related to computers.
Mike acquired the domain in 2008, at a time when modern computing involved the AMD Athon 64 X2 and the Intel Pentium i7-940 CPUs. These are both considered paleolithic! 😀
Let’s hope Mike Mann buys a modern computer with the proceeds – the new AMD Ryzen laptops look sweet.
In other news, Mike Mann sold the domain Antum.com for $14,888 dollars, with an acquisition cost of just $70 bucks in 2009.
Congratulations Mike!
